Inside Sales Executive
Roles And Responsibility:
1. Making outbound calls to travel agents to generate leads for eTrav - Flight, Hotel & Holidays bookings
2. Listening To Customer Requirements And Presenting Appropriately To Make A Sale.
3. Ensure quotes are sent to qualified leads
4. Follow up with travel agents(qualified leads) once quotes are sent
5. Follow ups for payments before the travel dates
6. Knowledge of travel industry will be an added advantage
7. Attending Team Meeting And Sharing Best Practice With Colleagues. Maintains Customer Database By Inputting Customer Profile And Updates, Preparing And Distributing Monthly Reports.
8. Develops A Database Of Qualified Leads Through Referrals, Telephone Canvassing, Cold Calling On Business Owners, Direct Mail, Email, And Networking.
9. Responsible For Sourcing And Developing Client Relationships And Referrals.
