Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating high-quality leads and driving sales pipeline growth for the Middle East region. You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, engaging them via calls and follow-ups, understanding their requirements, and positioning Practosolutions as the right fit.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of assigned lead-generation targets.

• Generate leads through outbound cold calls and follow-ups.

• Collect, understand and document prospect requirements effectively.

• Assess product fit against prospect requirements.

• Provide initial product demonstrations (training will be provided).

• Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales tools such as Salesforce.

Requirements

• Self-starter with a proactive sales approach and eagerness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture prospect needs accurately.

• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Arabic

  (Malayalam proficiency is a strong advantage; other languages are a plus).

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or healthcare SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.
