We help customers make their once-in-a-lifetime Europe dream a reality — and we are expanding our Kol team to drive this growth.

About the Role

We are hiring Travel Consultants (Fresher / Experienced) for our Kol branch. This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role focused on converting hot inbound leads and outbound enquiries into confirmed bookings for our premium Europe tour packages. If you enjoy consultative selling, closing deals, and earning attractive incentives, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp and online leads
• Consult customers and recommend the right Europe tour package
• Clearly explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing & value benefits
• Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat referrals
• Maintain lead follow-ups and update CRM records
• Work closely with the Delhi branch team to maximise closures

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 years experience in sales / customer consulting
• Experience in travel, real estate, insurance, BFSI, education sales or telesales is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-focused role

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling customer objections and closing sales
• Target-oriented mindset with hunger to earn incentives
• Basic understanding of travel products (training will be provided)
• Good follow-up discipline and customer-handling skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in travel, real estate, insurance, BFSI, education sales or telesales is an advantage

Pay range and compensation package

💰 CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per mont
