DESIGNATION: TRAVEL CONSULTANT Job Summary The Travel Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality travel experience. The role involves handling flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, itinerary planning, and customer support while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Travel Planning Understand client travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions. Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries. Offer professional advice on destinations, travel regulations, and best-value options. Ticketing & Reservations Handle air ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds. Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers, and travel insurance. Ensure accuracy in fare calculations and booking details. Visa & Documentation Support Assist clients with visa requirements and documentation guidance. Coordinate with visa processing teams and external partners as required. Customer Service & Relationship Management Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the travel process. Resolve travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client details. Follow company SOPs, airline rules, and industry regulations. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations. Key Performance Areas (KPA – Quality Focused) Accuracy in bookings and documentation Timely handling of client requests and confirmations Customer satisfaction and service quality Compliance with travel policies and procedures Effective coordination with vendors and internal teams Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role Education: Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of air ticketing, travel products, and destinations Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre – preferred) Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
