Job Description

You will be responsible for overall hiring for one HC vertical and will play the role of an entry-level recruiter. You are expected to maintain the highest level of integrity, honesty, and reliability ownership. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Execute short term plan to enhance the effectiveness of hiring programs. - Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners. - Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs, etc. - Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Graduates - Experience: 2 to 3 Years **Mandatory Skills:** - Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing - International Voice Hiring experience - Understanding of all selection methods and techniques - Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Good Analytical Skills - Excellent in MS Office **Preferred Skills:** - International Voice Hiring Please note that the location for this position is in Hyderabad, India.,
