Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect, qualify, and close B2B opportunities in

    IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, and automation services

    .
  • Engage with decision-makers:

    CIOS, CTOS, CHROS, Risk Officers, and L&D Heads

    .
  • Understand client challenges and position Nexoratech’s solutions as business accelerators.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and custom solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and pricing teams for tailored client engagements.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 5–8 years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in

    IT services, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation

    .
  • Strong consultative and

    solution-selling mindset

    .
  • Basic understanding of technologies such as:
  • Cloud (public, hybrid, multi-cloud)
  • AI/ML and automation
  • Cybersecurity & regulatory compliance
  • Data analytics & enterprise IT systems
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
