Roles & Responsibilities:

For EAM

A wizard in the EAM (Maximo/Infor/SAP MM/WM/EWM) software that runs complex systems. What gets you up in the morning is working with clients to solve complex problems and help their companies do more. You’ve got the serious analytical skills needed for the job, plus the gift of communicating with crystal clarity with customers, developers, testers and other team members. You’re also comfortable with working on global EAM implementations at scale.

• Design and drive enterprise projects
• Draw on your knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) for application development, support, and maintenance
• Work in teams to support program development or future enhancements
• Ensure that solutions meet client needs
• Hands on system configurations to meet requirements
• Develop, test, and deploy code into the appropriate environment
• Prepare Functional specification document per requirements
• Ability to analyse and design changes, and debug, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user applications
• Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
• Supporting business development initiatives, including developing client proposals, and building strong relationships with Accenture clients
• SAP IAM experience will be added advantage

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other related asset-intensive industries
• Experience with SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF and other associated SAP modules is expected
• SAP S/4HANA EAM certification is a plus
• Certified Project Manager (PMP), Activate Project Management is a plus

Principal Duties

And

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same
• Responsible for providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances and HSE management systems
• Responsible for the functional and technical specification and implementation of the EHS/ PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi and the likes
• Experience of leading diagnostics studies for clients and design end-to-end solutions in line with client requirements . Prepare project & resource plan and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders
• Excellent problem identifying and troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
• Provide expertise on all functional requirements related to the HSE process developments, vendor assessment and technology implementations
• Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project to include value addition towards HSE / PSM
• Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design and required documentation for successful implementation of the applications.
• Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle
• Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the HSE/ Process safety, digital HSE space.
• Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
• Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
• Should be open to travel in and outside the country

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes)
• Fundamental understanding of functionalities and Hands-on knowledge of atleast one HSE/ PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS modules, DNV Synergi, consequence modelling tools, control of work, barrier management and performance monitoring KPIs in HSE/PSM areas
• Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes (at least 4+ years)

Experience:

• Experience in conducting design thinking workshops, collating functional requirements for clients, and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a industry role in control of work, incident management, HSE/ PSM areas.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a team leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)
• Experience in delivering large-transformational projects across Industry groups & geographies. Should have handled a team of 3+ experienced resources
• The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for delivering consulting engagements
• The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite executives
• Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage

Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory. Additional experience in VB Scripts, Macros will be preferred.

For APM/Asset Integrity

Principal Duties

And

Responsibilities:

• Hands on knowledge and experience of APM tools (like GE APM Meridium), Risk Management framework, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Corrosion Management, Maintenance Turnaround Management, Maintenance Best Practices and Strategies
• Hands on experience of asset, corrosion, and inspection data management
• Hands on inspection or maintenance field experience (on-field inspection or maintenance management) is a plus.
• Experience of working with various EAM/ERP solutions like SAP PM/Maximo, INFOR, Meridium, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers etc.
• Experience of solving complex problems in asset maintenance and reliability management to drive growth and value for productions/operations & maintenance
• Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
• Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
• Should be open to travel in and outside the country

• Minimum 4-7years of experience preferably in Engineering, Asset Performance Management & Maintenance Management with strong understanding of technical as well as systems knowledge
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a technical role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)
• Experience in creating risk based inspection related deliverables would be a key differentiator
• Experience in delivering large-transformational projects across Industry groups & geographies. Should have handled a team of 6+ experienced resources
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills – capable of working with diverse, multi-cultural team members situated in different geographies.
• Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage
