Job Description

As a Trainer for Sales Training, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training modules through various mediums such as classroom, virtual, and on-site sessions. You will be responsible for conducting onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees, assessing training needs through interactions with managers and team members, and providing role-play sessions, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance sales performance. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on business outcomes, maintain updated training materials, and travel to branch/partner offices for training sessions as required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training modules - Conducting onboarding and refresher training for employees - Assessing training needs through interactions with managers and team members - Providing role-play sessions, case studies, and practical exercises - Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs - Maintaining updated training materials - Traveling to branch/partner offices for training sessions To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Training/Sales Enablement (EdTech or BPO experience preferred) - Strong knowledge of sales processes, outreach strategies, and client handling - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Ability to adapt training style to different audiences - Willingness to travel for training assignments Preferred skills include prior experience in EdTech or inside sales training, knowledge of modern training tools such as LMS, e-learning platforms, and simulations, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams.,
