Role Overview:

Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development:

  Design, develop, and deliver training modules on

  digital marketing services

  (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) and

  customer service sales

  .

• Onboarding & Coaching:

  Conduct

  onboarding sessions for new hires

  and refresher sessions for existing team members.

• Performance Mentorship:

  Coach the sales team on

  objection handling, lead conversion, client communication, and upselling strategies

  .

• Monitoring & Feedback:

  Track

  sales performance metrics

  and provide actionable feedback to improve results.

• Resource Development:

  Create

  playbooks, guides, and training materials

  to standardize sales processes.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with

  sales, marketing, and operations teams

  to ensure training aligns with business goals.

• Industry Awareness:

  Stay updated on

  digital marketing trends, marketplace practices, and customer service innovations

  to continuously enhance training content.

Qualification & Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in

  sales, business development, or training

  , preferably in

  digital marketing services or customer service sales

  .
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing services

  (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Proven experience in

  training methedologies , quality auditing , mentoring, or upskilling sales and call center experience

  with measurable impact.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Highly

  analytical, proactive, and result-oriented

  with the ability to

  identify performance gaps and drive improvements

  .
• Experience presenting to

  stakeholders , B2B sales , demand generation

  experience .

Hours per Week : 40-50 hours
