As an Operation Officer at Jie Lian Mobile India Pvt. Ltd., your primary role will involve designing and coordinating staff training programs to meet organizational and employee needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting various types of sales training such as New Product Launch Training, New Hired Induction Training, Refresher Training, and Process Training. - Overseeing CRT, On the Job Training, and Online training programs. - Conducting Product Test and Assessment, as well as Post-training Assessment. - Managing databases and generating reports for the sales team. - Assisting the sales team with providing reports and supporting affordability and finance schemes. Key Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum Graduate with at least 3 years of experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel for report preparation. - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). - Strong presentation skills. - Command over database management. - Confidence, motivation, and a presentable demeanor.
