Sales Trainer

As an Operation Officer at Jie Lian Mobile India Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, your primary role will involve designing and coordinating staff training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting various types of sales training such as New Product Launch Training, New Hired Induction Training, Refresher Training, and Process Training. - Overseeing CRT, On-the-Job Training, and Online training programs. - Organizing Product Test and Assessment, as well as Post-training Assessment. - Managing databases to generate reports for the sales team. - Assisting the sales team in providing reports and supporting affordability and finance schemes.
