Role Overview

CentAI is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can build a world class consultative sales capability from scratch. This is not a generic tele sales training role. This requires someone who can understand complex science and medical concepts, translate them into simple and persuasive language, and coach sales teams to have high empathy, high clarity, and high trust conversations.

The trainer will own onboarding, skill development, call coaching, playbooks, scripts, objection handling systems, and conversion improvement programs for all pre sales and inside sales teams across cities. The role requires someone structured, articulate, observant, and deeply invested in human behaviour and decision psychology.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and deliver CentAI’s sales training program for new and experienced consultants

● Develop training modules on product knowledge, disease awareness, early detection science, AI, and clinical concepts

● Coach the team in consultative selling, discovery techniques, storytelling, objection handling, and value communication

● Monitor calls consistently to identify behavioural gaps, messaging issues, and improvement opportunities

● Design and update call scripts, objection handling systems, and pitch flows in alignment with the CentAI Way of Sales

● Conduct weekly skill workshops, mock calls, feedback sessions, and 1 to 1 coaching

● Work closely with sales leadership to track conversion patterns and training impact

● Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical teams to keep training content accurate and current

● Build assessments, certification processes, and performance rubrics for ongoing capability development

● Maintain high consistency of messaging across all consultants and regions

Ideal Background

● 5 or more years of experience in sales training, inside sales enablement, or capability building

● Experience in consultative sales environments such as healthtech, diagnostics, insurance, edtech, fintech, or real estate

● Strong understanding of consumer psychology, objection handling, and high involvement purchase behaviour

● Ability to simplify complex scientific and medical information into clear, digestible training content

● Excellent communication skills with strong presence, clarity of thought, and ability to influence

● Experience analysing sales calls and deriving behavioural insights

● Comfortable working in a fast paced and high accountability environment
