Founding Sales Mentor for Next GEN BFSI Accelerator (Weekend Commitment) 1. Role Overview  We are seeking an established Sales Team Lead or Assistant Manager / Manager from the Jaipur BFSI - FinTech sector to take ownership of our 8 weekend, intensive Fin-Sales Accelerator Program. This is a high-value, part-time contractual role designed for a motivated sales leader who wants to define the next generation of sales talent without sacrificing their current career trajectory. Commitment: Part-Time (Primarily Weekends as per program cycle). Location: Jaipur within 7 kms from the city center (In-Person). Term: Contractual (Per 8-Weekend Program Batch). 2. Key Responsibilities  You will own the delivery and continuous improvement of the core sales curriculum across the 8-weekend cycle: Mastery Instruction: Lead sessions on Mindset, Prospecting, Negotiation, Closing, etc. High-Fidelity Coaching: Conduct mandatory, recorded role-plays (SPIN, Negotiation, Presentation) in our dedicated studio space, providing immediate, actionable feedback. Curriculum Adaptation: Ensure all sales techniques are relevant to the Jaipur market, incorporating real-world BFSI and FinTech product scenarios. Accountability: Grade all student deliverables (BANT Scorecards, Cold Call Tapes, Negotiation Role-Plays) and enforce high standards. Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with our Finance Expert (NISM/Compliance) and Tech Expert (CRM) to deliver a unified, hybrid curriculum. 4. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a current top-tier performer who is passionate about coaching and excellence. Experience- Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful, verifiable sales experience within Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or FinTech. Current Role - Must currently hold a Sales Team Lead, Assistant Manager / Manager (Sales), or Cluster Lead title. Skills - Demonstrated mastery of structured sales methodologies (eg. BANT, SPIN) and CRM usage. Communication- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
