Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fatehpur. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Key tasks include evaluating training needs, creating training materials, conducting workshops, and monitoring the progress of sales professionals. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will identify development areas and provide actionable feedback to align the team with the company’s sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Training, developing training curriculums, and implementing training programs
• Proficiency in Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to assess training needs, conduct evaluations, and provide detailed feedback to team members
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address challenges and adapt training strategies
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration across the sales team
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; additional certifications in training or sales are a plus
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or similar role is preferred
