Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Developer, located in Gorakhpur. The Market Developer will be responsible for enhancing market reach, implementing market strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships. This role involves regular market visits, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring product availability across various distribution channels. Coordination with the sales team and achieving set targets are part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market strategy implementation and growth identification
• Experience in client relationship building and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
