Creates a highly effective training team (Asst. Managers - Training) in region that conducts training(s) as per requriement using suited mode of training (Theory, Classroom, Practical etc.) 9. Responsible for ensuring adherence and achievement for the goals set for training measurement and evaluation scores/audits.
