We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue generation. Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of digital marketing and AI technologies, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of Das and Bros Media. Responsibilities: * Team Leadership & Development: * Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. * Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individual team members and the team as a whole. * Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to optimize team performance. * Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team sales meetings. * Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share growth. * Identify new business opportunities and target markets for our AI-powered growth marketing and funnel design services. * Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and campaigns. * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in AI and digital marketing. * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. * Understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of Das and Bros Media's services. * Act as a point of escalation for client issues and ensure client satisfaction. * Reporting & Analysis: * Track and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management. * Forecast sales revenue and identify areas for improvement. * Utilize CRM software effectively to manage sales pipeline, track interactions, and generate reports. * Collaboration: * Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success. * Provide market feedback and insights to help refine product offerings and service development. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Prior experience in a sales management or team lead role is highly preferred. * Demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, and sales funnel optimization. * Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in marketing is a significant advantage. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong leadership and team-building abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
