Assistant Sales Manager Das and Bros Media Pvt Ltd is a modern growth marketing and end-to-end digitalization business, and we're on the hunt for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! If you're a driven and experienced sales pro with a knack for helping businesses thrive in the digital age, this could be your next big opportunity. In this role, you'll be key to expanding our client base and hitting sales targets by leveraging your expertise in specific industry verticals. You'll team up with our sales force to spot new business chances, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of Das and Bros Media. What You'll Do: * Drive Sales Growth: Actively chase and secure new business within the cybersecurity, real estate, edtech, and services sectors. * Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital solutions. * Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves to identify new sales strategies and market opportunities. * Sales Strategy & Execution: Help develop and put into action effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. * Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management. What We're Looking For: * Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in at least one of these sectors: cybersecurity, real estate, edtech, or services business. * Proven Track Record: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex digital solutions. * Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Self-Motivated: A highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. * Team Player: Able to work effectively both on your own and as part of a collaborative team. * Immediate Availability: This is an immediate hiring, so only immediate joiners are encouraged to apply. Working Hours: * Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (with the last Saturday of the month off). Salary: * Competitive, ranging from 4-6 LPA.
