International Freight Forwarding

Title: Assistant Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager

Experience Required: 3+ years

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Education: Bachelor s degree in business, Logistics, or related field

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
Joining: Immediate or within 30 Days

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional with at least 3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry . The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers for freight forwarding services
Develop and implement strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospects
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Create and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the freight forwarding sector.
Track and analyze sales data to forecast revenue, dentify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding service and support.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and following up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates to management on progress against sales targets and market developments.
Prepare reports on sales forecasts, customer feedback, and competitor activities
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding service and customer satisfaction.
