1. Recruitment of the New agents and engaging with the existing agents Recruitment & Activation ofAgents2. Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents Driving GWP throughagents3. Ensuring the agents productivity and activation Productivity4. Product Training to agent and agents life cycle management Training5 Brand development by conducting sales campaigns Campaigns6 Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction Operations7 Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis Achievements

Experience : Min 1 Year in Sales, Preferred from Insurance Industry Insurance, NBFS
