This role involves supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving overall sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the sales process and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet company goals. Supervise and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their individual sales targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure the team is meeting goals and objectives. Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team, helping them improve sales techniques and customer interactions. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff when required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, ensuring prompt service delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships. Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure a smooth sales process and timely delivery of products/services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Analyze sales trends and market conditions to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Coordinate and assist in organizing promotional events, sales meetings, and training sessions.
