Maintain and update records of visits and sales.
Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans.
Develop referral networks, suggest alternative channels, and cross-sell products and services to meet targets.
Go the extra mile to build trust, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and the Bank s lending guidelines.
