Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a male with good communication skills, experience in customer handling, and the ability to convert enquiries into site visits.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a related field with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and closing techniques.
Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is an added advantage.
Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
