Job Responsibilities: 1. Plant Operations Management: Oversee day to day operations of the wet waste processing plant, including the handling, processing, and composting of wet waste. Ensure adherence to operational plans, processing schedules, and compliance with environmental regulations. Monitor and improve plant efficiency, reduce downtime, and maximize output while maintaining quality standards. 2. Team Management: Recruit Lead and manage a team of waste collection supervisors, plant operators, and other staff members. Plan and oversee staffing schedules, shift management, and work allocation to ensure optimal productivity. Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in team performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
