Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers for recovered materials such as plastics, metals, paper, and glass.Identify and engage with manufacturers, recyclers, and other stakeholders to establish long-term sales contracts.Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, ensuring high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.• Identify new tender opportunities through market intelligence and develop strategies for bid submission• Understanding competitors' pricing, offerings, and sales strategies to improve market positioning and win more dealsNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company objectives and market conditions.Identifying industry trends, customer needs, and potential sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.Planning and managing sales budgets to maximize profitability and ensure cost-effective strategies.Evaluating the profitability of sales deals, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth material delivery and order fulfillment.Achieve sales targets, Payment collections and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.Tracking customer behavior, sales patterns, and industry trends to adjust sales tactics for better conversion rates.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.Stay updated on Competition, industry regulations, environmental policies, and sustainability trends.Team Cordination and Management of sales coordinators located across MRF sites.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's /Diploma in CIPET(Plastics Engineering), Business, Sales, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Proven experience of appr 3 to 7 years in sales within the Plastics Polymers ,waste management, recycling, or manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of recyclable materials, market pricing, and supply chain logistics.Excellent Fluency in English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and pricing strategies.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across PAN India.Good Team Leader who can drive team members remotely.
