Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance
Coordinate with clients and respond to inquiries
Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends
Assist in training and guiding the sales team
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Support onboarding and continuous development of sales team

Qualification and Experience:

Must have completed graduation.
At least 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
Should have a good record of meeting sales goals and handling a team.
Must have leadership skills to guide a team and reach business targets.
Good communication and people skills to build strong relationships with clients and agents.
