Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop
Digital Insurance Advisors
through online and offline sourcing.
Drive
health insurance sales
via the Digital Agency Channel.
Manage day-to-day agency operations and ensure productivity of advisors.
Support advisors in lead generation, product pitching, and closure through digital tools.
Ensure achievement of
branch business targets
(premium, advisor activation, and retention).
Conduct regular training sessions on products, compliance, and digital selling techniques.
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and compliance norms.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred).
37 years of experience
in Health/Life Insurance.
Minimum
13 years in Agency Channel / Digital Agency Channel
.
Experience in advisor recruitment and team handling is mandatory.
Strong communication, leadership, and digital orientation.
Target-driven mindset with strong execution skills.
