Role & responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop

    Digital Insurance Advisors

    through online and offline sourcing.
  • Drive

    health insurance sales

    via the Digital Agency Channel.
  • Manage day-to-day agency operations and ensure productivity of advisors.
  • Support advisors in lead generation, product pitching, and closure through digital tools.
  • Ensure achievement of

    branch business targets

    (premium, advisor activation, and retention).
  • Conduct regular training sessions on products, compliance, and digital selling techniques.
  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and compliance norms.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred).
  • 37 years of experience

    in Health/Life Insurance.
  • Minimum

    13 years in Agency Channel / Digital Agency Channel

    .
  • Experience in advisor recruitment and team handling is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and digital orientation.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong execution skills.
