Job Description

The Sales Manager will be tasked with formulating and implementing sales strategies to propel revenue growth via agency collaborations. This role entails cultivating robust relationships with agencies, discerning novel business prospects, and synergizing with internal teams to attain sales objectives.

Role & responsibilities

Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Actively generate new leads from walk-in customers to expand business opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and managers.
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
Introduce new products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Proven Work experience required of 2 year in core field sales in which 1 Years of Core BFSI Experience
Strong Communications Skills
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management skills
Customer-oriented
