Exigo is looking for Full-time Country Sales Director (India) About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Sales Director to lead our India sales strategy and execution across Cloud (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS) and Security product line and services. LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/exigotech/ Roles and Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute scalable sales strategies for Cloud (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS) and Security offerings. Identify new market opportunities and strategic customer segments Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to deliver the organization’s goals Team Leadership & Development Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Identify and leverage individual team strengths to foster collaboration and productivity. Promote a culture of adaptability, accountability, and continuous learning. Customer Engagement & Solution Selling Engage with clients to understand business needs and ICT transformation goals. Provide tailored solutions including Office 365 migrations, UC deployments, and cloud transitions. Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to deliver accurate, value-driven proposals. Operational & Commercial Management Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data accuracy. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet delivery timelines. Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Governance & Accountability Ensure compliance with internal processes and partner requirements. Take ownership of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
