The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, configuring, and optimizing Verint systems to support workforce efficiency, operational insights, and compliance objectives. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Verint WFM, DPA, and Speech Analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, and business stakeholders) to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Design and maintain forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence models within Verint WFM. Configure and fine-tune DPA and Speech Analytics to capture actionable insights, monitor process compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system administration for Verint applications. Develop documentation, training materials, and deliver user training as needed. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to maximize ROI on Verint investments. Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Verint WFM, DPA, and Speech Analytics solutions. Strong understanding of workforce planning, call centre operations, and process optimization. Experience with system integrations, data feeds, and reporting within the Verint ecosystem. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications or training in Verint solutions are a plus. As a Director, Senior SAP Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for driving the sales of transformational SAP services—culminating in recurring annual managed services engagements with both new and existing enterprise clients. This role demands expertise in strategic sales planning, business development, and executive-level relationship management to deliver successful outcomes across a defined set of accounts or a regional territory. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, clients, partners, and cross-functional teams—including consulting delivery managers and country sales teams—to shape and grow SAP business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and grow the SAP portfolio across the assigned region. Lead client journeys from ECC to S/4HANA, including RISE with SAP offerings. Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and developing long-term, value-driven partnerships. Solutioning & Proposal Development Understand client challenges and design innovative SAP solutions across technology, migration, and management domains. Deep expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP, BTP, Ariba, MDG, and related solutions. Strong understanding of SAP’s functional areas (e.g., FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, BTP, WM). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—particularly in C-suite environments. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Solid financial acumen and experience managing revenue targets, budgets, and forecasts. Customer-first mindset with proven ability to build trusted relationships. Preferred Experience Exposure to SAP integrations (B2B/EDI/IDOC), Concur, Ariba, BTP, SuccessFactors, Sales Cloud, Coupa. Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud architectures for large enterprises. Familiarity with industry-specific SAP implementations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance). Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
