We are currently looking for a Sales Director The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationship with our C&I customers. . Responsibilities: Develop Overseas Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage Markets lead energy storage system sales, and drive the large-scale application of HiTHIUM battery cells in C&I scenarios (factories, data centers, industrial parks, etc.). Oversee End-to-End C&I Project Execution : From analyzing customer power demand and configuring energy storage systems (supporting modular parallel expansion) to designing business models like PPAs/VPPs. Establish Localized Channel Networks (agents/design institutes/grid companies) and facilitate HiTHIUM battery cells’ grid connection certification in target markets. Develop Regional Competitive Strategies to counter market moves by competitors Qualifications: 10+ years of overseas renewable energy project development experience, with at least 3 successfully deployed C&I energy storage projects (single project ≥2MWh). Deep expertise in overseas energy storage policies and LCOE calculation for storage systems. Strong technical knowledge of C&I energy storage KPIs, cross-border project models (leasing, energy hosting, shared storage), and experience in building local teams. As a Field Service Support Specialist, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
