Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Targeting

    - Utilize advanced lead generation tools to identify and develop comprehensive lists of target enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on SaaS and HR Tech sectors. Conduct detailed market research and outbound prospecting to support pipeline objectives.
  2. Prospect Qualification -

    Analyze prospects’ current business challenges, priorities, and fit through structured, targeted discussions. Evaluate and qualify leads based on clear criteria to ensure high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  3. Multi-Channel Outreach Execution

    - Execute a multi-channel outreach strategy incorporating phone, email, social media, and participation in in-person events. Leverage sales development platforms and marketing automation tools, including AI-enabled systems, to optimize engagement.
  4. Demonstrate Executive Presence and Continuous Learning

    - Possess the maturity, common sense, and business acumen required to engage and sustain the interest of CXO-level stakeholders. Exhibit excellent communication skills with a consultative and confident approach. Maintain a learner’s mindset by staying curious and proficient in using a variety of tools, including AI-powered technologies, to drive demand generation effectiveness.
  5. Team Leadership & Process Optimization -

    Identify the types of outreach calls and approaches that yield the best results. Ensure the demand generation team is fully prepared to consistently deliver these outcomes without compromising deal quality or volume. Drive continuous improvements to the sales development process by applying proven best practices.
  6. Pipeline Development & Deal Conversion

    - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for SQLs and overall pipeline generation. Drive meaningful engagement with senior stakeholders through discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and opportunity conversions.
  7. CRM & Data Management -

    Effectively manage CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to maintain accurate data and support sales and pipeline KPIs.


Experience:

4–7 years in enterprise-level B2B Sales Development
