About The Role We are seeking a driven and analytical Tech Fresher to join us as an Associate Engineer. You will work alongside senior engineers on challenging and impactful projects, with a strong focus on writing efficient and optimized code. Key Responsibilities Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code with a focus on algorithmic performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and propose data-driven solutions. Solve real-world problems using strong DSA concepts and clean code practices. Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and debugging sessions. Learn and apply engineering best practices, tools, and technologies as part of the development lifecycle. Write unit and integration tests to ensure product quality and reliability. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/BTech, MCA, etc.). Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving techniques. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Html, Css, Javascript, Mernstack etc.). Solid understanding of basic software engineering concepts such as OOP, design patterns, and complexity analysis. Understanding of databases (SQL, PostgreSql) and basic web technologies. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong analytical and logical thinking. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred (Good To Have) Participation in coding contests, hackathons, or online judges like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc. Internship or project experience in software development. Description Job Title: Customer Success Associate Experience Required: 1-5 Years Job location: Mumbai / Pune / Bengaluru / Delhi Job Responsibilities Showcase our solution capabilities to potential customers, help set up sandboxes, configure solutions and make customization as per requirement. Manage the onboarding process for each new customer. Assist the sales team in driving and managing renewals. Serve as a key communication point for issues assigned and work to resolve complex issues while providing system knowledge and expertise. Maintain the records of conversations with clients. Manage the documentation for all clients, make required changes when necessary. Effectively manage and prioritize customer queries. Keep in touch with clients regularly to get feedback and updates. Contribute to initiatives outside of customer conversations that better the customer experience, both low-touch and high-touch. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing. What You Should Have 1-5 years of experience in customer success support role Looking for MBA freshers with Computer Science or relevant background Exposure to Fintech/tech/BA background is preferred. Understanding of the technical documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of Technology like Java, API, Database, Postman etc. is a must.
