Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End Model Development: Design, build, and productionize machine learning models to tackle key business problems. You will handle everything from data gathering and feature engineering to model training and evaluation.
• Data Strategy & Preparation: Define data requirements and build robust pipelines for datacollection, cleaning, labeling, and validation.
• MLOps & Productionization: Convert ML prototypes into scalable, production-ready services. Implement model monitoring, and deployment strategies using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and continuously explore new techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Programming: 3+ years of professional experience writing clean, robust, and production-quality code, with strong proficiency in Python.
• ML Fundamentals: A solid grasp of core machine learning concepts and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods (e.g., Boosting).
• ML Libraries: Hands-on experience with standard Python data science and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Deep Learning: Foundational knowledge of deep learning concepts and hands-on experience with at least one major framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Time Series Analysis: Proven experience with time series forecasting techniques and algorithms.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems with data.
• Education: A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
