Senior Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Health & Insurance (SPM / PM3)

Experience Required: 6 - 8 Years

Job location: Pune / Bangalore [Hybrid]

Job Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals focused on Health & Insurance verticals
• Bring deep domain expertise and create team to identify & deliver the opportunity
• Ensure we are able to capture substantial (40%+) market share of these new opportunities in Health & Insurance domains
• Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify needs and opportunities
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product updates and project status to stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements
  

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing software products from concept to launch
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
