Product Marketing Associate

who thrives in the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS + fintech. You’ll be part of a lean, ambitious marketing team that’s defining how Finarkein shows up across digital, offline, events, and partner ecosystems.This role blends strategy with execution: researching markets, enabling sales, crafting impactful content, driving product launches, and ensuring Finarkein’s story resonates with BFSI leaders, regulators, and the wider fintech ecosystem.You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing and collaborate across sales, product, and leadership teams. Expect ownership, creativity, and impact from Day 1.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, partner activations) to build brand visibility and generate pipeline.
  • Deep-dive into customer needs, industry trends, and competitor moves—translate into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Create crisp collateral, case studies, and pitch decks that help sales teams communicate Finarkein’s value effectively.
  • Support new product/feature GTM plans with compelling messaging, campaigns, and content assets.
  • Collaborate with design and agency partners to deliver marketing materials
  • Track campaign performance, optimize based on data, and report outcomes to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups (product/brand marketing exposure preferred).
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, product/feature launches, or sales enablement.
  • High ownership mindset; thrives in fast-moving environments with tight timelines.
  • Bonus: Exposure to financial services, BFSI clients, or DPI frameworks.
