What You'll Do Identify and reach out to potential partners, startups, and enterprises across industries. Pitch creative brand, recruiting, and people communication solutions to clients and partners. Collaborate with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs. Craft partnership proposals, decks, and solution notes tailored to client objectives. Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR/TA leaders, and marketing heads. Manage CRM hygiene, follow up proactively, and drive the entire BD cycle from lead generation to closure. Represent StrongYes at ecosystem events, webinars, and partnership forums. Who You Are A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities. Curious about the evolving worlds of media, storytelling, recruiting, and people communication. Confident reaching out to and pitching senior professionals — from founders to HR heads. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas move fast. Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated to own revenue outcomes. Someone who thrives in collaborative, creative teams that blend business with storytelling. Qualifications 0–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales. Prior experience in media, HRTech, consulting, or recruiting solutions is a must. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead management. A genuine interest in how companies build culture, communicate brand, and engage talent.
