Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the

planning, execution, and monitoring of our marketing initiatives across digital and offline

channels. The ideal candidate will create content, coordinate campaigns, generate qualified

leads for the sales teams, and support branding and event management efforts. This role

requires a blend of creative thinking, project management, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Management

● Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media channels, website,

and newsletters.

● Draft and coordinate press releases, blog posts, and emailers.

● Ensure consistent brand voice and engaging storytelling across all mediums.

● Monitor analytics and optimize performance across platforms.

2. Lead Generation


● Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms to identify and

qualify leads.

● Maintain and update lead databases for all sales funnels.

● Support the sales team by providing timely, high-quality leads aligned with target

audiences.

3. Exhibition and Event Management

● Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and brand

events.

● Work with vendors and creative partners for booth design, collaterals, and branding

assets.

● Coordinate with internal teams for event execution, progress tracking, and reporting.

4. Webinar Management

● Plan and coordinate webinars and virtual events using Zoom or similar platforms.

● Collaborate with panellists, speakers, and internal teams to ensure seamless

execution.

● Manage registrations, pre-event communication, and post-event follow-up.

5. Branding and Vendor Management

● Manage relationships with vendors and external agencies for production of branded

assets.

● Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals and coordinate updates as required.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or event

coordination. Marketing/PR Agency Experience is a plus.

● Experience using marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) is

preferred.

● Strong understanding of social media and content marketing best practices.

Skills Required

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva


● Basic understanding and up to date with the latest AI tools.

● Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

● Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
