Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our solution capabilities to potential customers, assisting in setting up sandboxes, configuring solutions, and making customizations as per requirements. You will manage the onboarding process for each new customer and assist the sales team in driving and managing renewals. Serving as a key communication point for assigned issues, you will work to resolve complex problems while providing system knowledge and expertise. Keeping records of conversations with clients and managing documentation for all clients will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will effectively manage and prioritize customer queries, stay in touch with clients regularly for feedback and updates, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Showcase solution capabilities to potential customers - Help set up sandboxes, configure solutions, and make customizations - Manage onboarding process for new customers - Assist sales team in driving and managing renewals - Resolve complex issues and provide system knowledge and expertise - Maintain records of client conversations and manage documentation - Prioritize customer queries and seek feedback regularly - Contribute to initiatives for improving customer experience - Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams for community and information sharing Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in customer success support role - Experience in Fintech/tech/BA background preferred - Hands-on experience with documentation handling - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of Technology like Java, API, Database, Postman etc. - Knowledge in SaaS products will be an advantage,
