Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist at Antideo, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue from a large segment of Antideo's inbound channels. Your main duties will involve working with small business customers to provide excellent customer service, optimize services for maximum ROI, and sell additional products and services to increase Antideo's market share. Collaboration with the Sales team and other members of the Customer Success Management team is essential to identify new process/technology innovations and improvements to better meet customer needs. - Respond to all telephone, internet, and email support inquiries in real-time, transacting 50+ phone calls, chats, and emails per day. - Provide exceptional customer service through discovery, relationship building, and problem-solving, including issue escalation, problem resolution, and upselling additional services. - Proactively identify new sales opportunities and markets quarterly based on customer feedback and experience. - Troubleshoot technical issues customers may have with the service, guiding them through the API integration process. - Follow up with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features, and identify up-sell opportunities. - Accurately record all necessary information and customer interactions into the internal CRM. - Improve the service by providing customer feedback and personal experience to management. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable and quantifiable success in selling and/or supporting a product or service over the phone. - Experience following a structured, disciplined approach to sales. - Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Enthusiastic, positive attitude, self-motivated, and strong work ethic. - Demonstrates high energy and initiative. - Proficient in computer skills and web literacy, with expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience in software product sales segment preferred but not required. - Bachelor's degree is preferred.,
