API Developer

As an API Developer at Antideo, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing Cloud (AWS) and on-premises API-based solutions for high-volume transaction processing systems. You will collaborate closely with the customer support team, internal stakeholders, and business analysts to understand requirements and develop appropriate functionality. Your role will also involve working with the internal team to design, develop, and implement software and system version control, as well as CI/CD systems tailored to our business model. In this role, you will be expected to innovate for performance, security, and manageability. You will participate in architecture, design, and code reviews, and may lead a team on short-term projects as needed. As the subject matter expert within the current product domain, you will work independently to implement software enhancements, correct defects in the code, and create new products. Your responsibilities will also include writing commercial/enterprise-grade software, developing unit tests, and implementing software using accepted security coding and deployment practices. To excel in this role, you must be a quick learner who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a growing startup. You should have the ability to research and stay updated on the latest technology developments. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of professional hands-on experience in developing enterprise and/or cloud software systems. Proficiency in node.js, JavaScript, and Typescript is essential, with experience in C# being a plus. We are looking for a strong programmer who is language and technology agnostic, with expertise in developing and deploying APIs. Knowledge of machine learning, mastery of cloud and on-premises API-based software systems, and proficiency in MySQL are also essential requirements for this role. You should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, be self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized. Demonstrating a proven track record in addressing moderately complex technical issues, experience with SSIS or any ETL tool, and exposure to explosive growth and variable requirements will be advantageous. Additionally, experience with change and incident management processes, along with excellent English verbal and written communication skills, are required. Experience in building machine learning models will be considered a valuable asset in this role.,
