Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist at Antideo, your primary responsibility will be to retain and increase revenue from a significant segment of inbound channels. You will engage with small business customers to deliver exceptional customer service, optimize services for maximum ROI, and promote additional products and services to expand Antideo's market share. Collaboration with the Sales team and other members of the Customer Success Management team will be crucial to sharing best practices, identifying new process/technology innovations, and enhancing products to better align with customer needs. You will be expected to: - Respond promptly to telephone, internet, and email support inquiries, handling an average of 50+ calls, chats, and emails daily with excellent communication skills. - Provide exceptional customer service through discovery, relationship building, issue escalation, problem resolution, and upselling additional services. - Proactively discover new sales opportunities and markets each quarter based on customer feedback and experience. - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, particularly with the API integration process. - Conduct follow-ups with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, consult on new features, and identify opportunities for upselling. - Accurately log all necessary information and customer interactions in the internal CRM system. - Contribute to service improvements by sharing customer feedback and personal experiences with management. Qualifications: - Demonstrated success in sales and/or customer support, specifically over the phone. - Experience following a structured sales approach with strong discipline. - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Enthusiastic, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic. - Strong initiative, energy, and computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience in software product sales is beneficial but not mandatory. - A Bachelor's degree is preferred.,
