Job Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end projects, from gathering requirements to deploying machine learning models.
• Optimizing algorithms for better performance, ensuring model reliability through MLOps practices, and maintaining data privacy standards.
• Leading the development and optimization of machine learning models.
• Conducting thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with writing robust code in Python/R/Java.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms Linear, boosting, clustering, probabilistic graphical models, etc.
• 5+ years of experience of working on large datasets and synthetic data.
• Understanding of time series algorithms/techniques.
• Team handling experience.
• Hands-on experience with libraries like scikit, spacy, nltk, matplotlib, etc.
• Strong problem solving skill.
