Sales Development Representative

Role Overview As an On-Field SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and qualifying local business owners, educating them on how digital marketing can help their business, and scheduling sales meetings or closing small-ticket deals directly. Key Responsibilities • Visit local businesses daily (e.g., real estate offices, retail shops, clinics, restaurants, salons, etc.) • Pitch Ascentrix services clearly and confidently. • Identify pain points and explain how digital marketing solves their problems. • Generate qualified leads and set meetings for the closing team. • Maintain a daily visit & lead report. • Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets. • Build and nurture long-term relationships in assigned territory. Required Skills & Experience • 0–2 years of field sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). • Strong communication in English + Local language (Telugu, Hindi). • Confident in approaching new people face-to-face. • Knowledge of basic digital marketing services is a plus. • Ability to work with targets and reporting. • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) • Prior sales experience with SMEs, FMCG, or field marketing. • Experience using basic CRM or mobile apps to log leads. • Street-smart, energetic, and persuasive personality.

Pay: ₹9,615.14 - ₹40,844.42 per month
