Role Overview We are looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our business growth. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or students who want to gain practical experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help expand our customer base, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, research their business needs, and create lead databases. Sales Outreach: Assist in reaching out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking events. Client Relationship Management: Engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and provide solutions based on our services. Sales Pitches & Presentations: Help prepare and present compelling sales pitches to potential clients. Sales Funnel Management: Support in managing and tracking leads through the CRM system. 2. Marketing & Branding Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights on industry trends. Content Marketing: Assist in creating blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters to educate and attract leads. Social Media Marketing: Contribute to social media strategies, posting schedules, and audience engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Email Marketing: Help create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversions. SEO & SEM: Support SEO optimization for content and assist in paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Event Planning & Participation: Assist in planning webinars, industry events, and networking meetups to boost brand awareness. 3. Performance Analysis & Reporting  Sales Performance Tracking: Analyze sales conversion rates and suggest improvements. Marketing Campaign Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to measure marketing effectiveness. Client Feedback & Reporting: Gather insights from client interactions and report findings to improve strategies. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with the Product Team: Understand key product features and align sales pitches accordingly. Support Business Development Initiatives: Help identify partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities. Coordinate with the Design Team: Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, pitch decks, and promotional materials. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ZOHO CRM. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in B2G tech or startup environments. Familiarity with sales automation tools and AI-driven marketing strategies. Understanding of UI/UX principles for website marketing optimization.
