Responsibilities • Take full technical ownership of Manthaan & Annant development roadmap. • Design, build, and optimize AI-driven search, RAG pipelines, and conversational interfaces. • Work closely with the founding team to translate product vision into scalable architecture. • Integrate multimodal inputs (text, voice, video) and multilingual support. • Develop APIs and backend systems for enterprise & government deployment. • Ensure performance, security, and compliance of solutions. • Mentor junior developers and help grow the engineering team.
