Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder) based in Jaipur, with partial remote work. The CTO will be responsible for setting the IT strategy, managing IT operations, overseeing infrastructure, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. Daily tasks include leading the technology team, developing technical aspects of the company's strategy, ensuring code quality, and implementing innovative technologies to provide a competitive advantage. The CTO will also collaborate with other executives to drive the company's growth and technological advancement. Qualifications Experience in Information Technology and IT Management Expertise in IT Operations, IT Strategy, and Infrastructure management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid environment Experience with AI, AR, ML technologies is a plus Previous experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Show more Show less
