Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for a Lead ML Developer. The Lead ML Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions, and optimizing algorithms for performance. This role includes daily tasks such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluating model performance. The Lead ML Developer will also be involved in mentoring junior developers and ensuring the robustness of ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning skills
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
• Proficiency in Python, R, or related programming languages
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and managing ML projects is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
