ScaleSync is a B2B Digital Growth & Automation Studio helping service‑based SMBs scale efficiently through AI, automation, CRM systems, and performance‑driven digital strategies. We work closely with clients across wellness, education, financial services, and professional services to deliver measurable growth outcomes.


Role Description:

This is a hybrid sales & marketing trainee role based in Ahmedabad.


The role is designed for candidates who are comfortable communicating with people, handling conversations professionally, and supporting business development activities. You will assist the founders in lead qualification, follow‑ups, and appointment coordination, contributing directly to client acquisition efforts.


This internship offers real exposure to sales execution and client interactions, not just observational learning.

You will be working on live leads and real business conversations under guidance, review, and feedback from the team. While call context and direction will be provided, candidates are expected to demonstrate basic communication skills, willingness to take initiative, and consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and readiness
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain call discipline
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or discussions for founders and senior team members
  • Update CRM or tracking systems with call outcomes and notes
  • Assist in basic sales coordination and client onboarding support
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency in all client communications


Qualifications:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with new people over calls
  • Willingness to learn sales processes through execution
  • Basic organizational and follow‑up skills
  • Ability to handle feedback and improve continuously
  • Availability to work on‑site from Ahmedabad office


Skills That Are a Plus (Not Mandatory):

  • Prior calling or sales exposure
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking
  • Understanding of B2B services or digital solutions
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati
