Senior / Lead Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  : requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and closures
• Work on

  IT & Non-IT requirements

  for reputed domestic and global clients
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and role specifications
• Deliver hiring mandates within defined

  TAT, quality, and cost parameters

• Source candidates through

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

  , internal database, and employee referrals
• Build and maintain strong

  candidate pipelines and client relationships

• Ensure excellent candidate experience and compliance with hiring standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2

  + years of experience

  in

  Staffing/Recruitment

• Proven hands-on experience in

  both IT & Non-IT recruitment

• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, closures, and client coordination
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment
